2025: The Year of Growth for Bespoke By Feldman

If I had to sum up 2025 so far in one word, it would be: Growth.

This spring, something incredible happened, Bespoke By Feldman won first place and the audience choice award at the Michigan Women Forward WomanUp & Pitch Competition. It was one of those moments where everything felt aligned. The recognition, the support from the community, and the opportunity to expand our capabilities all came together in a beautiful way.

Thanks to that win, we were able to invest in much-needed equipment that has truly transformed what we can offer. From custom leather branding to expanded production, we’re now able to take on larger orders, more wholesale accounts, and bring even more creative ideas to life.

And speaking of expanding, Bespoke By Feldman is now in not just one, but two stores at Detroit Metropolitan Airport! You can now find our handcrafted leather goods in the McNamara Terminal at:

Seeing our products in the airport for the first time felt surreal. We stood there in the terminal, soaking it all in. Our work, the same leather pieces we design, cut, finish, and package with so much love, now has an international audience. They're heading out into the world in carry-ons and gift bags, telling Detroit’s story wherever they go.

What made the visit even more special? We ran into one of our very first students, someone we taught years ago who now works at both airport shops. Full-circle doesn’t even begin to describe it.

We’re also proud to share space in the airport with other incredible Detroit-based businesses like Preva, Faust Haus, and Pingree. Being in community with other makers and dreamers is always the best part.

And the good news doesn’t stop there, we’re also now stocked at Neighbor X Folk inside Michigan Central. It’s an honor to be a part of this new chapter in Detroit’s design and innovation community.

This year has already brought so much momentum and promise. Every step forward has reminded us why we do what we do, to make meaningful things, to build something lasting, and to celebrate where we come from.

We have so much more in the works, and we’re just getting started.
