Launched in 2025, our Buy Back Program champions both sustainability and accessibility. Through this initiative, you can trade in your gently used Bespoke items for Bespoke Bucks—redeemable toward future purchases. Each returned piece is carefully renewed and labeled as “upcycled,” then offered at a discounted price. By extending the life of our products and broadening our price range, we’re committed to reducing waste while making Bespoke goods more attainable for everyone.
Step 1: Book an Appointment
Email hello@byfeldman.com in order to book an appointment at the Bespoke By Feldman studio.
Step 2: Receive an Offer
Bespoke By Feldman will determine a Buy Back price based on the amount, type, and condition of leather. Buy Back bucks are ONLY valid towards future purchases.
Step 3: Use Buy Back Offer
You may use Buy Back bucks towards the future purchase of Bespoke By Feldman items. Buy Back bucks will be applied at the time of purchase, if in person, or by refund, if purchased online.
