Every Bespoke By Feldman piece is made by hand, one at a time, in Detroit. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

That said, your happiness with your purchase matters to us. If something isn't right, whether your item arrived damaged, you received the wrong piece, or it simply isn't what you expected, please reach out. We want the chance to make it right.

Email us at hello@byfeldman.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if the issue is with the item itself. We'll work with you on a solution.
